Hi, I'm Dom
Specialist Support Coordinator, Recovery Coach and Clinical Counsellor
Qualifications and Registration: Law and Psychology BSC, Counselling Grad Diploma. Registration PACFA Clinical Counsellor
I’m passionate about ensuring that people can access the quality services that they need to support their best life outcomes.
After working for 15 years in mental health and disability services, I felt that starting Coordinated Care and Support Services (CCSS) was the best way to support my community.
As well as being an experienced counsellor, I work well within systems and have led mental health teams and worked as an Assistant Director in the NDIA.
Personally: I love the beach and am a keen surfer, I enjoy spending time with my family and going on trips with our VW Campervan and if we are at a party, then there is a good chance that I am driving the BBQ!
Professional superpower: I work well with people to help achieve goals.
I Know how systems work, including health services and the NDIS and I understand the providers’ language, so I can interpret for my clients and help them to get services working for them. I’m also great at uniting a team of people to work at a high level to provide quality supports, which is super important.
Services I provide:
Support Coordination (levels 2 and 3), Recovery Coaching, Counselling.

Hi, I'm Claire
Occupational Therapist
Qualifications and Registration: Master of Occupational Therapy, Bachelor of Public Health, Nutrition.
Claire has close to 15 years of experience as a professional OT including almost 10 years working with QLD health, where, among other roles, Claire worked hard to ensure that people with disabilities could access the NDIS and receive funding packages aligned to their needs.
Claire has a passion for supporting people's independence and, alongside her role in QLD Health, started delivering community-based services in 2017, supporting people with completing driving assessments. She now provides people with a full suite of Occupational Therapy services and particularly enjoys completing high quality Functional Capacity Assessments for plan reviews.
"My focus is on delivering top-tier Occupational Therapy services, with a particular emphasis on crafting high-quality NDIS reports.
My mission is simple – to empower clients in achieving both their functional and funding goals".
Services I provide:
Occupational Therapy services including Functional Capacity assessments for NDIS plan reassessments.
