Dominic Youe - Founding Director

Specialist Support Coordinator and Clinical Counsellor

Qualifications and Registration: Law and Psychology BSC, Counselling Grad Diploma. Registration PACFA Clinical Counsellor.

I'm passionate about ensuring that people can get a fair go and have the right support to navigate good and difficult times in their life, regardless of their starting point.

After working for 15 years in mental health and disability services, I felt that starting Coordinated Care and Support Services (CCSS) was the best way to support my community.

As well as being an experienced counsellor, and finding great satisfaction in helping individuals to endure, survive and grow, I also know our health and disability systems well, and have led mental health teams and worked as an Assistant Director in the NDIA.

Personally: I love the beach and am a keen surfer, I enjoy spending time with my family and wider community.  If we are at a party, then there is a good chance that I am driving the BBQ

Professional superpower: Having a blended skillset of understanding people and systems, I can help to unpack complex and sometimes, highly emotional situations and to figure out what is most important to achieve and to draw people together to work as a team to get there.

Charlie Gordon

Exercise Physiologist

Qualifications and Registration: Master's in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Southern Cross University.

Charlie helps people facing tough health challenges to build physical and psychological strength, using carefully tailored exercise programs. He specialises in working with people with physical disabilities, neurological disabilities and mental health conditions.

Services I provide: Gym Based Exercise Physiology sessions in Burleigh Heads and Helensvale as well as a mobile service from Tweed to South Brisbane.

Rossana Torres

Rossana Torres

Occupational Therapist

Qualifications and Registration: Bachelor of Occupational Therapy with a Master of Occupational Therapy from Bond University, Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA).

I'm passionate about helping clients of all ages live more independently, access the supports and services they need, and achieve their personal goals.

With over 15 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and more than 25 years supporting children, youth, adults, and older adults with physical, neurological, psychosocial, and emotional disabilities, I bring a practical and client-centred approach to my work.

I also have extensive experience preparing NDIS assessments and reports, ensuring recommendations are both practical and tailored to each client's needs.

Services I provide: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Home & Living Assessments and Reports (ILO, SIL, SDA), Assistive Technology Assessments and Reports (AT).

Personally: I love travelling, being outdoors, visiting the beach or waterfalls, watching movies, and spending quality time with my family and friends.

Professional Superpower: I'm a caring and practical OT, and I take pride in helping people achieve meaningful outcomes in their daily lives.

Occupational Therapist

Qualifications and Registration: Registered Occupational Therapist (AHPRA).

I'm an Occupational Therapist with over 20 years of clinical experience, working with children, young people and adults, including four years working within the Australian NDIS.

I'm passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy assessments that clearly capture how a person functions in their everyday life and what supports they need to participate safely and meaningfully.

I bring a thorough, analytical, and client-centred approach to every assessment. My work focuses on understanding real-world function across home, school, and community environments. My reports are known for being clear, well-reasoned, and aligned with NDIS expectations, supporting timely planning and review decisions.

Services I provide: Functional Capacity Assessments (FCA), Home & Living Assessments and Reports (ILO, SIL, SDA), Assistive Technology Assessments and Reports (AT), NDIS Progress and review reports.

Personally: I'm a mum of two young children, and enjoy spending time with my family, being outdoors, travelling, and staying active. I value balance, connection, and meaningful experiences both personally and professionally.

Jody Davis

Jody Davis

Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach

Qualifications: Graduate Certificate in Disability, Cert IV in Workplace Assessment and Training. Currently studying for a Diploma in Community Services.

As a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach, my focus is on helping people to achieve their goals. I work to empower people and support their independence. I ensure that the support and networks around people align with their choices. Seeing people succeed in their life choices is my greatest joy.

I am a long-term community services professional, having so far committed 30 years to the sector. Prior to working as a Support Coordinator and Recovery Coach, I have worked in disability employment, disability support, administrative and leadership roles.

Personal Interests: I enjoy spending time with my dogs, watching sports, following Game of Thrones, and traveling. You'll rarely find me at home — I'm usually out enjoying a sunset somewhere!

Professional Superpower: I'm a genuine, empathetic person and care about the right outcomes for the people that I support.

Tina Ashby

Tina Ashby

Support Coordinator

Qualifications: Cert III in Community Services, Effective Communication Skills Certificate, Accidental Counsellor Foundations Certificate. Currently studying Mental Health Cert IV.

Tina is an experienced and compassionate Support Coordinator with excellent communication and relationship management skills, as well as a strong background in the disability sector. Tina brings both professional expertise and genuine empathy to her role.

She is passionate about ensuring participants have genuine choice and control in their NDIS journey and is committed to walking alongside people to achieve their goals.

Tina has supported participants with a wide range of complex needs, including psychosocial disabilities, ABI, epilepsy, PTSD, stroke recovery, and high-risk behaviours. She is known for her strong advocacy, clear communication, and ability to build trust with families, providers, and participants alike.

With a caring and practical approach, Tina focuses on linking participants with the right supports, creating sustainable plans, and empowering individuals to build their independence and wellbeing. She also has a love for dogs and cats.

Greta Bryson

Greta Bryson

Support Coordinator

Qualifications: Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours) from University of Adelaide and Bachelor of Behavioural Science from the University of Queensland. Currently studying Trauma-informed Yoga Teacher Training (350hrs).

As a Support Coordinator my purpose is to help people feel seen and supported as their individual selves, ensuring access to supports and services that both support their unique goals, and align with their personal values and preferences.

With a background in psychology, tertiary education, and the disability sector, she has a strong focus on the emotional, personal, and social aspects of life, aiming to help people feel supported in how they want their lives to be led.

Greta brings an empathic and practical approach to her role, supporting participants across a wide range of needs and backgrounds, including neurodiversity, ABI, psychosocial disabilities, intellectual impairment, and FND, with a passion for invisible and complex disabilities.

Personally: I am a mama to two boys, a lover of books, live music, tea, craft, and all things four-legged. I enjoy exploring forests and attempting yoga with my little family, fixing things, and am on an endless quest for knowledge.

Professional Superpower: Having lived and breathed the health and NDIS worlds in both my family and professional lives for many years now, I understand these systems well and am adept at navigating and interpreting them alongside my participants, to help them achieve their individual goals.

Natucci

Child & Play Therapist

Over 17 years as an inclusion-focused educator and therapist. Energetic, friendly and caring, Natucci is passionate about supporting kids with special needs.

She has worked with children with Autism, Down syndrome, ADHD, Developmental Delay, Cerebral Palsy, and Anxiety.

Her superpower is building strong, trust-filled relationships with kids where they feel safe to try their best.
